Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 25 September 2026

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through limerick3d.com, operated by Limerick 3D Print (“Limerick3D”, “we”, “us”), a 3D printing business based in Limerick, Ireland. By placing an order you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Irish and EU law.

Contact

You can contact us about any order or question by email at info@limerick3d.com.

Our products

We sell 3D printed products, including lamps, gifts, decorations and personalised items, and we offer custom 3D printing on request. Most products are printed after you order. Because each item is 3D printed, small layer lines and minor variations in colour and finish are a normal part of the product. Product photos are for illustration; colours can look slightly different on different screens.

Ordering

  • When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. A contract is formed when we accept your order and take payment.
  • We may decline or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error has been made. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.
  • Please check your order details, including colour options and any personalisation text, before placing your order.

Prices

All prices are shown in euro (€). The total price, including any delivery charge you choose, is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices on the website at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are processed securely by WooPayments (powered by Stripe), and “pay later” options are provided by Klarna. We do not see or store your full card details.

Delivery

  • We deliver within Ireland. Standard Delivery costs €6.99 per order unless stated otherwise at checkout.
  • Most orders are printed and dispatched within a few working days. Personalised and custom items may take longer. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to the address you gave us.

Free local pickup

Local collection in Limerick is available by arrangement. If you choose Free Local Pickup (Crescent SC, Limerick) at checkout, we will contact you to arrange collection once your order is ready. Please check your order when you collect it.

Cancellations and returns

If you are a consumer, you can cancel an order for standard products within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Full details, including how to cancel, return costs and refunds, are set out in our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Personalised and custom items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised for you – such as custom 3D printing, items printed from your own designs or files, and products with names or other personalisation – cannot be cancelled or returned for a change of mind once production has started. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as agreed. If you send us your own design or file, you confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or is not what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible at info@limerick3d.com with your order number and photos. We will offer a repair, replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Intellectual property

The content of this website, including text, photos and videos, belongs to Limerick 3D Print or is used with permission, and may not be copied without our consent. Some products are printed from designs used under licence from their creators; buying a product does not give you any rights in the underlying design.

Limitation of liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses. Our products are decorative and household items and should be used as intended; LED lamps should be used with the power supply provided or recommended. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Privacy

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of Ireland, and you also keep any protection given to you by the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
